The standard operating system Windows CE 5/6 and Mobile 6 allows seamless integration into all recent system and application environments. The combination of an integrated fingerprint sensor with RFID technologies sets new standards in the realm of security applications. The application of multiple wireless components ranging from Bluetooth, to WLAN to the worldwide available GPRS systems allows solutions of every scale without expensive wiring. Thanks to the full-time online connectivity of the BMCU II client-server-based applications are possible, where all acquired data is made available just-in-time, and even remote software updates are available.
